Courtney Miller, PHMNP-BC
Owner
Courtney is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner that strongly believes in patient-centered care and utilizing a holistic approach for treatment.

Since mental health affects so many areas of a person’s life, she works with her patients to find a plan that optimizes their overall health and wellness and will provide the best balance to one’s life.
​
Courtney believes every person is unique and should be treated as such. Everyone has their own story filled with their own daily battles, hopes and goals. She believes that all people have the ability to move past difficult circumstances and achieve positive change. Sometimes working through those hardships may take a little extra help, which is where her services can be beneficial.

Courtney resides in Wahpeton, ND with her husband, Alex, their baby girl, Blakely, and dog, Bear.

Mallory Grani, PMHNP-BC

Mallory Grani is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care for individuals ages 6 and older. Her clinical perspective was shaped early in her nursing career in a rehabilitation setting, where she recognized the strong connection between emotional health and physical recovery. This experience led her to focus on supporting both the psychological and overall well-being of her patients.

Mallory offers a combination of psychotherapy and medication management, allowing for a comprehensive and flexible approach to care. She prioritizes building genuine therapeutic relationships and creating a space where clients feel understood and respected. She considers the connection between mental, physical, and emotional health. Mallory works collaboratively with each client to develop individualized treatment plans that promote self-awareness, resilience, and lasting change.

Sarah Erbes
Operations Management
Sarah serves as the Operations Manager at M.E. Psychiatric Care, overseeing all business and administrative functions of the clinic. She is responsible for the overall coordination and performance of daily operations, ensuring the organization runs efficiently and effectively so providers can remain fully focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.

Her role includes oversight of scheduling, billing and revenue cycle processes, compliance, clinic workflows, and interdepartmental coordination. Her role is to support a seamless patient experience and the continued growth of the clinic.
​
Sarah graduated from the University of North Dakota and later moved to the Wahpeton area, where she lives with her husband, Easton, their son, Wilken, and their dog, Jagermeister.
